  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@dailykarts.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
